Once the client has establish a requirement to level a field the process is simple.

We calculate the amout of soil to be move and provide a layout for the earthmover and a report. Or you can do it your self using the Simple Grade App which makes a file for the DDS Dirt Dauber program. This is plugged into your Greenstar iGrade system. The control system requires you to have a ruggedized tablet running GradeConnect in the cab. Once connected to John Deere iGrade, GradeConnect is able to issue height commands assuming control of the levelling operation. This integration means that the relatively simple control afforded by i-Grade is enhanced to a far more comprehensive one allowing whole fields with multiple grade breaks to be loaded at one time. This ability also allows complex designs such as tail trains, banks and other 3-D forms to be designed and entered into your automated earth moving system.
